Berlin Youth Football and Cheerleading Association is a non-profit youth football and cheerleading program located in the town of Berlin, Connecticut. It's goals are to teach football and cheerleading in a safe, fun environment.

MISSION STATEMENT    

The mission of Berlin Youth Football & Cheer is to provide a safe and structured learning environment to teach the fundamentals of the sports of football and cheerleading as well as develop social and team skills for the participants.  Through this active participation, Berlin Youth Football & Cheer helps develop fundamental values and skill sets that young people will grow to use throughout their lives on and off the field.

OUR GOALS

  • To provide a constructive and safe environment for our football players and cheerleaders to grow as individuals and teammates.
  • To promote and emphasize player safety, sportsmanship, leadership, and teamwork.
  • To teach the fundamentals of football and cheerleading.
  • Ensure that each and every player receives the opportunity to maximize their individual potential.
  • Create effective processes which provide open communications with players, parents, and volunteers.
  • Help players develop a love and passion for the game.

  1. Sign up your Football player or Cheerleader for the 2019 season:
  • Tackle Football
  • Cheerleading for Tackle
  • Flag Football
  • Cheerleading for Flag Football

 

  2. Pay for your player / cheerleader registration online

  • Tackle Football/Cheerleading, $185
  • Flag Football/Cheerleading, $80
  • $360 family maximum

Mark your calendars - Form Turn In Dates:

Bring all completed Registration paperwork to Sage Park Blockhouse on one of the following dates:

  • Monday, April 1st  5:30-7:30pm
  • Wednesday, May 8th  5:30-7:30pm
  • Saturday, June 1st 9:00-11:00am

 

What to bring to Form Turn in?

  • Completed Registration form with child's picture (head shot only)
  • Completed / Signed Physician's consent form
  • Signed Player / Parent contract
  • Payment (if not already paid online)
  • Report card (for Middle School students only)
  • Copy of Birth Certificate (For first year players only)

*Players will be assigned to teams by age/weight after Form Turn In sessions
